Acceptance of Terms

All purchases made from Luxury 2 Watch Limited through our internet based retail site www.luxury2watch.com are subject to the following Terms of Purchase, which may be changed or updated from time to time.

Pricing

Every watch sold on luxury2watch.com is priced competitively to reflect current watch market sale prices. All prices may be subject to change and can change without notice. www.luxury2watch.com also reserves the right to limit quantity if the requested quantity is unavailable and refuse the sale of any product without question.

All prices quoted on the luxury2watch.com website are inclusive of UK VAT. Delivery on all goods over the value of £1,500 is FREE and £12.45 for items below this value, however, all logistical costs will be deducted from the refund/exchange total, if any item(s) are returned, should they meet the returns policy as detailed below.

Occasionally during pricing updates, errors occur which produce incorrect or 'Zero' prices - again, luxury2watch.com reservice the right to cancel any order made against such prices and without question.

Returns Policy

Refunds and Returns

Return authorisation must be requested by e-mailing our returns centre at returns@luxury2watch.com within 7 days of receiving the item. The return package must then reach us within 10 days for an exchange or 7 days for a refund from upon placing a returns request. Returns and exchanges received 7 days post purchase receipt date (all items are tracked and delivery is recorded) or without authorisation will be refused and returned to the buyer. **All returns for refunds are subject to a returns charge - £66.50 + V.A.T. and £33.25 + V.A.T. for exchanges.

In any such instance whereby a refund is authorised, any monies taken during a transaction will be returned to the buyers credit/ debit card, which takes approximately 10-14 working days to process or alternatively via cheque (sent out by-weekly).

Exchanges

If you are not completely happy or satisfied with your purchase, Luxury 2 Watch limited offer a “no questions asked” refund policy subject to meeting the above terms and returning the item(s) in the following condition:

  • With original box (untarnished)
  • With original paper work and warranty card (un altered)
  • With any spare parts that come with the watch, i.e. links, cloths, pamphlets etc.
  • In an unworn, unmarked, unadjusted condition, which includes finger prints, dirt, grease, dents, scratches etc.

Should the return package not meet the above requirements, the item will be returned to the buyer, with a 50% ‘returns fee’ re-imbursement (non item value – return fee only).


Special order, bulk order (3 pieces and above) and certain watches are not returnable. You'll be informed if your order is considered a special order at time of purchase. Any orders over the value of £4000 is considered a special order.
N.B. Important: Luxury 2 Watch Ltd cannot be held responsible for any item once it has been received (signed for), and it is then the sole responsibility of the buyers to ensure its well-being. If an item is returned, it must be sent via insured courier or insured post, and will remain the responsibility of the buyer until received and signed for by our returns department.

 Billing & Delivery

All charges to your card will be made through our internet merchant ‘Google Checkout’. Charges will only be applied to your card should we have stock available, to which confirmation will be sent once your card is debited. If we anticipate a longer than usual delivery time on specific item/special order, we will first inform you, then upon your acceptance via e-mail or telephone, your card will be debited and order confirmation sent. All purchases made via the luxury2watch.com will show on your cards statement as ‘Luxury 2 Watch Ltd’.

Orders over the value of £5,000 occasionally require further verification, which may include addition identification being sent to us or the payment being made via a wire/bank transfer.

We aim to deliver all items within 3 - 10 working days for the payment being received, however, from time to time we cannot always meet such timescales, so we advise all of our customers that deliver can take up to a maximum of 21 working days.

The consumer agrees that they are over the age of 18yrs.

Authenticity

All watches that are sold on www.luury2watch.com are 100% genuine, brand new, unworn, with the original boxes/packaging, serial number and certificate of Authenticity. Each watch that is purchased from www.luxury2watch.com comes with our ‘ 2 Year Luxury2Watch - Warranty’.

Please note: We are not and do not claim to be a preferred supplier of any of the brands we sell via our site, unless stated otherwise on each individual item, however, as mentioned above we do guarantee that every item is 100% authentic and genuine and that we promise to continuously strive to deliver the same retail experience to our customers, to that of the manufacturers preferred suppliers.

After Sale Services

All items come with our ‘2 Year Luxury 2 Watch Warranty’, however, for purchases older than 2 years old or items that have been damaged though cause of misuse or neglect, we shall make every attempt to source the necessary parts or replacements at a cost to the consumer.

Only an authorised retailer can provide you with exclusive access to special parts and expertise.

In addition to the above, we may also provide you with details of industry recognised specialists.

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information collected from you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 3 reasons:

  1. To process your order.
  2. To provide you with support and customer service until your goods are delivered.
  3. To advise you of on going or up coming promotions. An ‘opt-out’ tick box will be included in each e-mail correspondence sent.

The type of information we collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number and e-mail address.

  • We will not pass on your details to any third parties.
  • The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law.
